Solid Copper Earthing Electrode
Solid copper earth rods give the longest service life of any earthing electrode and are specified where soil is highly corrosive, where design life exceeds 40 years, or where the client standard (refineries, LNG terminals, pharma plants, hospitals) mandates pure copper. Made from electrolytic-grade copper bar, they are installed in pre-drilled or augered holes rather than driven. LPES manufactures 12.5 mm to 25 mm solid copper rods in 1 m to 3 m lengths, with copper couplers and clamps, conforming to IS 3043 and IEC 62561-2.
